OF REPRESENTATIVES August ,24,1940- On July 19, 1940, the National 'Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election 1 and on July 27, 1940, an Amendment to Decision and Direction of Election in` the above-entitled proceedinig.2 Pursuant to the Direction of Elec- tion, as amended; an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 7,1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director' for the- Second 'Region (New York City). On August 9, 1940, the Regional Director; acting pursuant to Article =III; Section 9, of Na- ' tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as' amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed, by any of the parties.' B., No. 115. 1268 CELLULOID CORPORATION 1269 ployees of Celluloid Corporation in its Newark, New Jersey plant, exclusive of office and clerical employees, outside salesmen, salaried executive employees, and employees eligible for membership in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Stablemen and Helpers, The International Union of Operating Engineers, or the International Brotherhood of Firemen, Oilers, and Helpers, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Local 277, Textile Workers Union of America is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
