AMENDMENT TO DIRECTION OF ELECTION
February 1, 1938
On January 21, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election 1 in the
above-entitled proceeding, the election to be held within fifteen (15)
days from the date of the Direction, under the direction and super-
vision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta,
Georgia). The Board, having been advised by the Regional Director
for the Tenth Region that a longer period within which to hold the
election is necessary, hereby amends the Direction of Election issued
on January 21, 1938, by striking therefrom the words "within fifteen
(15) days from the date of this Direction" and substituting therefor
the words "within twenty-five (25) days from the date of this
Direction."

SECOND AMENDMENT TO DIRECTION OF ELECTION
February 10, 1938
On January 21, 1938, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the
above-entitled proceeding, the election to be held within fifteen (15)
days from the date of the Direction, under the supervision of the
Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On
February 1, 1938, the Board issued an Amendment to Direction of
Election. The Direction of Election, as amended, provided that an
election should be held within twenty-five (25) days from the date

of the Direction. At the request of the Regional Director we shall
postpone the election for the present.
The Board hereby amends its Direction of Election, as amended,
by striking out the words "within twenty-five (25) days from the
date of this Direction" and substituting therefor the words "at such
time as the Board may in the future direct."
