In the Matter of ARAGON-BALDWIN COTTON MILLS and TEXTILE WORKERS' ORGANIZING COMMITTEE Case No. R-1152 ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION May 20,4940 A petition, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the Act, having been filed in the above-entitled case, a hearing having been duly held before a Trial Examiner duly designated, the Board having issued a Decision and Direction of Election 1 and Amendment to Direction of Elec- tion,2 Textile Workers Union of America, by letter dated May 10, 1940, having requested permission to withdraw its petition, and the Board, on May 14, 1940, having given due notice that on May 20, 1940, or as soon thereafter as might be convenient, it would permit the withdrawal of the said petition, unless sufficient cause to the contrary should then appear, and no objections having been filed with the Board, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for permis- sion to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and that the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is, closed. 1 10 N.
