ORDER
General Counsel’s Motion to Remand Case to the Regional Director to process a
settlement agreement reached through the Board’s Alternative Dispute Resolution
program is GRANTED. As part of the settlement agreement, the parties have
requested that the Board approve the withdrawal of all post-ALJD exceptions
documents. That request is approved, and this case is remanded to the Regional
Director for Region 19 for further appropriate action.
