ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
May 14, 1940
A petition, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the Act, having been filed
in the above-entitled case , a hearing having been duly held before a
Trial Examiner duly designated, the Board having issued a Deci-'
sion and Direction of Election, and Amendment to Direction of
Election,2 and, thereafter, Textile Workers Union of America, by
letter dated May 10, 1940, having requested permission to with-
draw its petition, and the Board having duly considered the matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of Textile Workers Union
of America for permission to withdraw its petition without preju-
dice be, and it hereby is, granted, and that the aforesaid case be,
and it hereby is, closed.
