Oct. 3, 2016) Copy Citation Tucson, Arizona UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD AAA TRANSPORTATION/YELLOW CAB Employer and TUCSON HACKS ASSOCIATION Petitioner Case 28-RC-106979 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held November 17, 2015, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Decision and Direction of Election. The tally of ballots shows 20 ballots cast for the Petitioner and 69 ballots cast against the participating labor organization. There were 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots has not been cast for Tucson Hacks Association, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
