1 In denying review, we agree with the Regional Director’s conclusion that the conduct at issue
in this case did not require setting aside the election under the test set out in Harborside
Healthcare, Inc., 343 NLRB 906 (2004), regarding pro-union supervisory conduct. In so finding,
we do not rely on the Regional Director’s finding that the pro-union conduct at issue was
relatively isolated and was not widely disseminated. We note that the Regional Director
identified the Employer’s filing of objections as occurring this year instead of last year, but that
this inadvertent error does not affect the disposition of this case.
